Coleman Tape Specialties Joins The BoxMaker Family
The BoxMaker, a Pacific Northwest packaging converter and distributor, will acquire Longview-based converter of specialty tapes and adhesives Coleman Tape Specialties, effective April 2nd, 2018. Through the acquisition, The BoxMaker can offer a broader, more robust portfolio of tape and adhesive solutions that includes specialty tapes, custom slitting, printing, and die-cutting capabilities.

Coleman Tape Specialties will continue to operate under the Coleman Tape Specialties brand after the acquisition, with plans to fully transition to The BoxMaker brand in mid-2018.
Current Coleman Tape Specialties Vice President of Sales Jim Bissett will continue to lead the product line after its acquisition, and the Coleman team will be working closely with The BoxMaker team to integrate specialty tapes and adhesive business into The BoxMaker’s offerings to strengthen the all-in-one packaging partnership.
